To ensure your credit card information is secure and electronic payments are processed safely and efficiently, we only accept credit card data on a secured site to protect your information.

All personal information collected through our event registration, membership application, and other online forms is securely stored and protected. This website will not sell or transfer such information to any third parties except (i) to the extent necessary to authorize third parties such as Authorize.net to process credit card transactions and to use the necessary information needed to perform their functions and (ii) on select occasions to authorized vendors for the purpose of offering services to other members. In all such cases we require the third parties to agree not to sell or transfer the information.
Event registrations are refundable in the time period described in that particular event notice. Lunch reservations are refundable until the Monday before the date of that luncheon. Membership Dues are non-refundable.
